Terms of Service
Effective: August 2026
1. Website Information
This website provides general information concerning MERCY Systems, its research background and its B2B engineering Data Processing-as-a-Service offerings.
2. Processing Engagements
Submission of an inquiry does not automatically create a customer engagement or require MERCY Systems to accept a processing job. Proposed workloads may be reviewed for compatibility with the domains and services supported by MERCY Systems.
3. Scope and Deliverables
The scope, pricing, required inputs, output formats, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements and other applicable conditions for a processing engagement should be established before production processing begins.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate problem specifications and for having the authority and necessary rights to provide any data submitted to MERCY Systems for processing.
5. Supported Workloads
MERCY Systems may decline workloads that fall outside its supported engineering domains or operational policies. Acceptance of one processing job does not obligate MERCY Systems to accept other jobs.
6. Verification
MERCY Systems may apply verification procedures to completed processing results before delivery. Specific verification criteria may depend upon the mathematical problem, customer specifications and agreed engagement requirements.
7. Proprietary Technology
Naamah, MERCY technologies, associated mathematical methods, processing architecture, software, research and other proprietary technology remain the property of their respective owner or rights holder. A processing engagement does not transfer ownership of the underlying processing technology to the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. No Universal Performance Guarantee
Engineering workloads vary substantially. Research results, demonstrations and prior benchmark results describe the particular configurations in which those results were obtained and do not constitute a guarantee that every submitted workload will produce identical performance.
9. Website Availability
MERCY Systems may modify, suspend or update this public website and its content as its services evolve.
